Vintage 1980s romper. Navy blue waffle texture bodice with brass anchor button closure and . Nautical print collar and shorts. Kelly green bow is safety pinned on to the neckline. Not sure if it was originally part of the romper or not.

Great vintage condition. Does show some sun fading on shoulders.
